    Dr. David Wong

    Dr. David Wong, a revered periodontist and Misch Educator, is recognized for his expertise in implant dentistry and oral plastic surgery. Earning his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma and completing advanced training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Dr. Wong established Route 66 Dental Implants & Periodontics in 2003, now one of Oklahoma’s most trusted practices. He’s the only periodontist in Oklahoma to hold a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and was the first Tulsa periodontist since 1969 to achieve board-certification by the American Board of Periodontologists. Dr. Wong’s contributions extend beyond his practice, with numerous published articles on oral plastic surgery and guest lectures at prominent institutions. His educational YouTube content on periodontal surgery has received over 300,000 views. As a Misch Educator, Dr. Wong embodies excellence in patient care and teaching, upholding the Misch International Implant Institute’s esteemed standards.

    Dr. Hasan is a renowned specialist in Periodontology and Dental Implant surgery with a distinguished academic background from the University of Baghdad and the University of Colorado. Completing his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, he earned Board certification in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. A published expert in Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) and Osseodensification, Dr. Hasan is an Assistant Clinical Professor at VCU Dental School and co-founder of Perio Amigos, offering advanced courses.     Dr. Jonathan Misch is a dedicated dental professional focused on elevating the standard of education in the field of implantology. As the current president of the Misch Implant Institute, an institution founded by his father, he has begun to infuse the institute’s approach to education with fresh perspectives. Dr. Misch holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery and is completing a Master’s degree in Periodontal Biology from the University of Michigan. His academic and clinical excellence were recognized with the Periodontal Alumni Award, the Donald Kerr Periodontal Scholarship, and a finalist position in the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation’s Balint Orban Memorial Research Competition for his impactful research on the Prosthetic Impact on Peri-Implant Bone Loss. Before stepping into his current role, Dr. Misch honed his team-building skills on the field as a starting linebacker for Michigan State University’s 2010 Big Ten Championship-winning team. In his pursuit to provide top-tier learning experiences, Dr. Misch utilized his experience with team building to bring on accomplished course directors, esteemed for their expertise in course development and implant education. Together, they created the Misch Mentorship Program, emphasizing the importance and power of continuous learning. Dr. Misch further enhanced the Institute’s offerings by introducing the Misch Educator faculty position, and together with his course directors, recruited globally-renowned professionals to share their unique expertise at Institute weekends. With advanced training in Periodontics from the University of Michigan and a PhD from the University of Granada, Dr. Ravidà’s expertise spans periodontal and implant diseases and therapies. His tenure as a full-time faculty member at the University of Michigan underscores his commitment to teaching. Dr. Ravidà’s research focuses on peri-implantitis, periodontitis, and short implants, contributing over 70 peer-reviewed articles and many international conference presentations.
